Every Kourtly seller is able to sell their products, and services, to their club members and to our
large audience 24/7. In addition, sellers can efficiently manage their inventory through Kourtly. Sellers can even choose to fulfill orders through pick-up only, shipping only, or both.
With Kourtly, sellers get a true and reliable partner that will guide them throughout the process and help them grow their business and enhance the experience of their shoppers.
To sell on Kourtly:
1. Fill-out the form on any of the 'Register as a Seller' links.
2. We will send you an invite to log into your seller dashboard, as well as an excel template you can use to send us your inventory info.
3. Through your dashboard, you can edit your seller profile, upload products and images, manage your inventory, and set your pricing...
4. Most product pictures and details can be found through each brand's 'reseller portal', or we will find those for you.
5. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email notification with shipping or pick-up information.
6. You receive payment for your orders directly from Kourtly through the method of your choice: bank transfer, Paypal, Apple pay...

Shoppers can navigate Kourtly using a number of filters, from location filters, seller name, product type or name -- and more. In addition, each seller has its very own Seller Profile, which has a direct link that can be shared with your private customers. We can even create a free QR code sticker you can affix to your door for any member to scan for direct access to your seller profile. Your profile includes all of your inventory, which shoppers can search though or order from.
You get to decide in your prices. The more competitive prices you can offer, including all taxes and fees, the more you will sell and promote your store, products, services, and events. Kourtly tries hard to be fully transparent with all its sellers. As a result, we have designed Pricing and Profit calculators that will help you understand how much net profit you can expect at various price points. This is a great tool that factors in sales tax, credit card fees, Kourtly's commission, shipping costs, and the cost of the product. Our sellers truly appreciate our calculators!
Shipping labels can be printed using several services such as Paypal Shipping, Shippo, or any shipper of your choice. Your Kourtly dashboard includes links that will help you print your shipping labels in a few clicks.
We understand that as an active seller, you may be too busy to print your labels. For that reason, Kourtly has created its Kourtly Shipping. For $10 a month, Kourtly Shipping takes care of preparing all mailing labels for you and sends them straight to your inbox for printing. This way, you save precious time and you can focus on your selling activities. Kourtly Shipping has great discounts from all carriers and will always pick the cheapest and most efficient shipping method. Nothing makes us happier than making life easier for our sellers, and at awesome discounted rates.
Through our seller dashboard, we make it really easy for you to manage your orders. Whenever a customer places an order, we send you an e-mail alert. You need to pack the order and keep it ready for pick-up or prepare it for shipping. Shoppers and sellers are able to communicate by direct message or on the phone for any info regarding the order, shipping or pick-up schedule.
Returns and exchanges can be handled directly on the platform. Our refund policy clearly states the return and exchange policies. Shoppers are responsible for shipping fees for all exchanges and returns on orders below $30, unless an error was made by the seller or a product is defective.
While sellers can get free packaging from USPS, and should keep larger or odd size boxes as needed, we are also able to provide Kourtly shipping packaging. We can also recommend any packaging you might need to fulfill orders, including poly bags, boxes, envelopes, and more. You will receive information regarding packaging from time to time, but feel free to contact us directly as well.
The funds from the sale will automatically get transferred to you using the payment method you selected: Paypal, bank transfer, Apple pay... We will only deduct the shipping and credit card fees and a small marketplace commission for each sale.
You will get access to your seller dashboard within 24 hours of receiving your registration form. Once on the dashboard, you can start managing your seller profile and inventory right away. Our official launch is scheduled for March 15th, but the sooner you are on the platform, the quicker your products will appear on Kourtly.
A seller account on Kourtly is free. We do not charge any listing fee. You only pay a small 5% commission when you sell a product through the platform.
