STORE PICK-UP AND SHIPPING POLICY
All our sellers are physical stores as well. While not all stores offer that option, customers can order on Kourtly and pick-up from their local store for free. Each product that offers In-Store Pickup allows you to choose that option when making your selection. In addition, the seller will reach out to you to confirm your store pick-up and will make sure your order is ready for pick-up at a convenient time. Shoppers are also able to contact our sellers directly to check on the status of an order, prior to picking it up.

- Valid in the 48 Contiguous U.S. only. Limited time offer. Applies to In-Stock items.
- Order must have an actual or dimensional weight of 7 pounds or less.
- Some sellers may not ship on Saturday, Sunday or select Holidays.
FREE RETURN SHIPPING
- Pre-Paid return label provided with qualifying orders over $75 within 48 Contiguous U.S.
- Limit 1 (one FREE) return / exchange per order. Excludes oversized, heavy or drop ship items.
- Does not apply to warranty claims, defective products or marketplace orders.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO Addresses
Orders being shipped outside of the Contiguous US or APO addresses will ship by means of the United States Postal Service. Shipping to these states will be a base price of $14.95 + $2 for each additional item.
**Shipping via USPS Priority provides minimal tracking information and normally delivers within 5-7 business days.
*** Any shipping promotions offered by Kourtly does not apply to shipments outside of the contiguous 48 states.
