Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, all orders qualify for free returns.

The information below concerns all orders:

If an item you ordered does not meet your expectations, send us an email at message@kourtly.com or call us at (866) 599-5899 to receive a return authorization number (RA#). Please leave us your name, phone number, and the items you would like to return or exchange. A KOURTLY representative will process your request and contact you within 1 business day.

You have up to 30 days to make you returns and exchanges.

For automatic refund or exchange, returned merchandise must be unworn, with all hangtags attached, and accompanied by a copy of the original packing list/invoice.

In the case of a defect after a product has already been worn, KOURTLY will evaluate the cause of the problem before issuing an exchange or store credit.
